YOGA FOR ANXIETY - For teens and above
Using breath, yoga asana postures, restorative movements and meditation, we, together will lead this workshop in creating emotional balance in mind and body. Seeing my close ones suffer from anxiety and depression and seeing so many others suffer as well, I decided to share my knowledge to relieve people of depression and anxiety.
In this workshop we’ll learn practical tools to cultivate balance when faced with day-to-day challenges by working on calming the nervous system. We'll explore grounding practices and techniques that you can do at home, work, school or university to help alleviate stress and anxiety.
