At Satvik Yoga Center (SYC), we love to share the learnings and benefits of Yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayam), Meditation (dhyan), and chanting, among others, in order to attain a heatlhy body, mind, and spirit.

We believe that the purpose of yoga is to discover different layers of one's self and to move through those layers to experience, what the great yogis call, true Silence.
